Return Policy for gingham + grace clothing
RETURNS (.com and boutique warehouse):
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we accept unworn items in their original condition. Within 5 days from the date your item was delivered, contact me if you wish to return. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Item must be returned to 26832 Lewes Georgetown Hwy, Building 2, Unit E, Harbeson, DE 19951 within **14** days of contacting me to receive store credit. For local order pick ups, you have **14** days from the date your order was fullfilled to return the item.
All items must be unwashed, unworn, smoke/scent free with tags attached. You will receive store credit for the amount paid for the item (less shipping and less loyalty credit earned at time of purchase, if applicable). gingham + grace reserves the right to refuse a return based on gingham + grace's discretion.
gingham + grace is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

What if I want to return* my item(s)?
*Our return policy is for store credit only.

All returns must be postmarked or dropped off to our showroom within 14 days of receipt.

Sale items and discounted items are final sale with no exception. If you used a discount code of any sort, this item is considered final sale.

All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, smoke/scent- free condition with tags attached.

We do not accept returns on: jewelry, accessories, or intimates (bandeaus, bralettes, etc).

We inspect all items thoroughly prior to shipping, but if you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 5 days of receipt. We absolutely want to make it right! Exchanges and refunds on damages will be handled on a case by case basis.

We encourage you to use a trackable return shipping method to avoid items being lost in transit. gingham + grace is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

All promotional codes/gift card codes have a one per customer limit. Abuse of this policy is subject to order cancellation.

Can I drop off my return locally?
Yes! If you are local to our showroom in Harbeson/Lewes, Delaware, you can drop off your return in-person during our open shopping/in-person order pick up hours (Thursdays 4-7pm + Fridays 2-5pm, unless otherwise noted on our social media accounts)
If you need to make an exchange, we welcome you to come during open shopping/in-person order pick up hours and make that exchange in-person (Thursdays 4-7pm + Fridays 2-5pm, unless otherwise noted on our social media accounts)

How do I make a return?

Ship the item back to the address below. Using it’s original packing and going to the USPS (post office) or your preferred shipping carrier. We recommend you hold on to the shipping receipt with the tracking number, just in case!
